Session Details

This one-time session focuses on ancestral patterns and archetypal roles that may be moving through your lineage and shaping your present experience. Often these patterns formed around survival, belonging, or protection within a family system—and continue to influence relationships, identity, and choice long after their original context has passed.

You begin by offering intention and consent. From there, I undertake a shamanic-style journey and symbolic inquiry to listen for inherited themes, original wounding, protective strategies, and ancestral strengths that are asking to be acknowledged or transformed.

The session results in two visual maps:

• An Inner Ecology Map, highlighting predominant ancestral protectors, archetypal roles, and relational patterns currently active within your system
  

• A Relational Allies Map, identifying supportive presences—ancestral, elemental, or symbolic—that may assist with integration and healing
  
  

You’ll receive a recorded audio reflection and personalized maps, followed by a video debrief to integrate what emerged and ground it in your lived experience. The intention is not to assign identity or destiny, but to bring awareness to what has been carried—and to support choice around what continues forward.
